Dave Ursomarzo

A Registered Massage Therapist with 30 years of experience providing advanced massage and myofascial techniques, deep tissue massage, and medical acupuncture for neuromuscular and musculoskeletal injuries and pathologies.  With a focus on back and neck pain and dysfunction, headaches and migraines, concussion rehabilitation, pre and post knee, hip and shoulder surgery rehabilitation, catastrophic to minor automobile and work-related injuries, amputee rehabilitation, and spinal cord injuries.

Dave is also a Healthcare Management Specialist with a focus on physical rehabilitation for over 22 years, and Co-Founder of Guelph Rehab Centre Inc.

Dave brings vast experience in rehabilitation management and treatment from his background working in a Toronto rehab hospital and private rehabilitation clinics throughout the GTA.  He has developed and managed programs for musculoskeletal and neuromuscular-related conditions, catastrophic injuries, amputee rehabilitation, and sports therapy.  He has led his teams to receive accreditation through CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) and Accreditation Canada for many of his past programs.

For 15 years, Dave worked in a Toronto Physical Rehabilitation Hospital holding various management and leadership roles to include, Rehab Service Manager, Management Chair of the Occupational Health & Safety Committee, Business Development Manager, Director of Donor Relations, and Executive of Programs & Initiatives.

Dave is committed to ensuring patients receive focused and personalized therapy from his unique and experienced treatment approach for improved patient care and quality of life.
