Nicole Stokes received her Master’s in Physical Therapy from Western University and is excited to incorporate her manual therapy skills into practice. Nicole is also rostered to perform Pelvic Health Physiotherapy and has experience treating conditions such as urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, and post-partum pelvic pain. Recently, she has decided to further her education and pursue her passion in concussion rehabilitation. She has learned techniques to allow her to treat headaches, dizziness, and neck pain often associated with concussion.
Nicole believes in a holistic approach to treatment and strives to ensure her patients receive what they need to live their lives to the fullest. She understands the impact of mental health on healing and encourages her patients to take care of not only their bodies, but their minds as well. In her spare time, she loves hiking, sports (soccer and hockey are her favourite!), and yoga.
Nicole brings a strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm to the Guelph Rehab Centre team, and is excited to contribute to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle for all Guelph residents.
