Erin Seaton

Guelph Rehab Centre Team Member

Erin holds a Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and a Masters of Physiotherapy obtained from Manchester Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom. Her passion for physical rehabilitation stems from an early gravitation towards use of physical activity for treatment of neuromuscular injury. To provide exceptional patient-centered care, she draws from extensive training experience with varsity athletes in Canada and abroad, as well as advanced assessment and treatment techniques amongst neurological populations.

Erin’s success in treatment is due to the implementation of a wide variety of rehabilitative techniques. She utilizes manual therapy, acupuncture, evidence-based modalities, soft-tissue techniques, and functional rehabilitative exercise to promote optimal movement. She has further enhanced her clinical practice with additional training in concussion management, chronic pain management and is currently working towards her designation as a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapy.

Erin brings a strong sense of professionalism and enthusiasm to the Guelph Rehab Centre team, and is excited to contribute to the promotion of a healthy lifestyle for all Guelph residents.
